✅ Obituary Announcement:
We regret to announce the passing of Anthony Oledo (Electrical Department), who served the company for 19 years. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. May his soul rest in peace.
✅ 2025 Long Service Award Ceremony & End of Year Party:
Held on Friday, 28th November 2025, we celebrated 17 employees for achieving 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years of meritorious service to the company. The day was filled with plenty of food, drinks, fun, laughter, and dancing. Raffle draw was won by employees with prizes ranging from steam pressing irons, solar fans, washing machines to 2.5KVA generators. Congratulations to all awardees and appreciation to management for its commitment to employee recognition.
✅ Suggestion Box System Launched
We encourage all employees to continue submitting innovative ideas in line with the suggestion box guidelines. Thank you to everyone who has contributed so far!
✅ Employee Appreciation:
Functional heads and HODs are encouraged to nominate outstanding individuals and teams for recognition.
✅ Reporting of Near Miss
Employees are encouraged to report Near Misses to the Safety Officer, as this will help in accident prevention. Remember that a Near Miss today can become an accident tomorrow.
🎉 Monthly Birthday Celebrations
October celebrations were held on November 14th, while November birthdays were celebrated during the LSA ceremony. Both events featured cake, food, music, and dancing. December celebrants get ready!
